Palm Harbor Library

Palm Harbor Library (PHL) first opened its doors to the citizens of Palm Harbor, Ozona and Crystal Beach on April 1, 1978. Through the years, the library has grown and now serves as an educational and cultural destination for all members of the Palm Harbor community. PHL offers a variety of activities, events and programs for all ages and has dynamic, unique spaces such as the art alcoves, a children’s makerspace, and an outdoor musical garden. Special partnership-driven services include a bookstore, ESL tutoring, genealogy assistance, and volunteer opportunities. In addition to books, movies and music free for checkout onsite and online, there are numerous additional items to borrow such as puzzles, musical instruments, museum passes, STEAM kits, birding backpacks, vinyl records and turntables, and hotspots for internet access at home. Getting a library card at PHL comes with access to all Pinellas County libraries and their collections.
